Para solucionarlo, el refuerzo de acero (o <a href=\"https:\/\/concretefiberhub.com\/es\/cual-es-la-mejor-armadura-de-refuerzo-de-hormigon-o-malla-de-fibra\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">barra de refuerzo<\/a>) se suele incrustar en el hormig\u00f3n para mejorar su resistencia a la tracci\u00f3n.<\/p><p>Pero a medida que evolucionan los m\u00e9todos de construcci\u00f3n, tambi\u00e9n lo hacen las formas de mejorar el rendimiento del hormig\u00f3n. Estas fibras se distribuyen uniformemente por toda la mezcla para mejorar la tenacidad y la resistencia al agrietamiento del material.<\/p><p>El objetivo principal de a\u00f1adir fibras no es sustituir las barras de acero como refuerzo estructural. En su lugar, se trata de <strong>controlar las grietas de contracci\u00f3n,<\/strong> <strong>aumentar la resistencia a los impactos<\/strong>y <strong>prolongar la vida \u00fatil del hormig\u00f3n<\/strong>. Se utilizan habitualmente en suelos industriales, pavimentos, pistas de aeropuertos, t\u00faneles y puentes. Son ligeras, no corrosivas y pueden servir tanto para fines estructurales como decorativos.<\/p><p>El GFRC se utiliza habitualmente en paneles de revestimiento arquitect\u00f3nico, elementos decorativos prefabricados y estructuras delgadas y ligeras en las que el refuerzo tradicional no es viable.
